• We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that provide false information, breach these Terms or are used fraudulently.

We make every effort to describe and display our products as accurately as possible, including sizes, materials, colours and care instructions.

• Colours: Colours may look slightly different on your screen depending on your device settings and lighting.
• Sizing: Please check the size guide and product description before ordering. Sizes may vary slightly between styles.
• Availability: All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, and we may discontinue a product at any time.
• Care and safety: Please follow the care instructions on the label. Children’s clothing and accessories should be used under appropriate adult supervision, and small parts, drawstrings or decorations should be checked regularly for wear.

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products. After you submit your order you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. This confirmation is not an acceptance of your order. A contract between you and Zibi Kids is formed only when we dispatch your products.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, in whole or in part, for reasons including product unavailability, errors in pricing or product information, suspected fraud or an inability to verify your details. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will inform you and arrange to return the amount paid.

• All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Delivery charges, if any, are shown separately at checkout before you complete your order.
• Prices and promotions may change at any time without notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
• Although we take care to ensure prices are correct, errors can occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and contact you to confirm your options.
• You can pay by credit or debit card or, where offered at checkout, by Cash on Delivery. Card payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider, and Zibi Kids does not store your full card details. For Cash on Delivery orders, payment is due to the courier in cash when your order is delivered.
• By providing payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

We currently deliver within Pakistan only. We aim to dispatch orders promptly and deliver them to the address you provide at checkout. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details of delivery areas, charges and delivery times. Estimated delivery times are shown as a guide only and are not guaranteed, as delivery may be affected by your location, the courier service, public holidays, weather or other events beyond our control.

• Please make sure your delivery address and contact number are correct. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete details.
• Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you when the order is delivered to your address.
• Please inspect your parcel on arrival and contact us promptly if it is damaged or if items are missing.

Our return and exchange rules are set out in our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary:

• You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange or replacement.
• Approved requests are handled by exchange or replacement of the product only. The amount paid for the product is not refunded.
• Items must be unused, unwashed and returned with original tags and packaging.

When using the Website you agree not to:

• Use the Website in any way that breaches applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, our servers, other accounts or any connected systems.
• Introduce viruses, malware or any harmful or disruptive code.
• Use automated tools to scrape, copy or extract data from the Website without our written consent.
• Submit false, misleading, offensive or unlawful content, including in reviews or comments.
• Use the Website for fraudulent purposes or to place orders with stolen or unauthorised payment methods.
